At the heart of Muzak is our team of Voice Consultants — all experts in the product, and highly seasoned in providing unparalleled customer service. Royal Fox Insurance’s Voice Consultant begins the process by imaging the client and getting specific cues on what the client wants their messaging to accomplish. Developing ongoing rapport with her client, she gains insight on the agency’s history, its driving mission, as well as its extensive menu of insurance products and services. The Voice Consultant then translates the key marketing objectives into smart, sound direction to the Voice creative team.

Copywriting

Reflecting the warm and inviting hometown feel that pulsates throughout its agency, Royal Fox Insurance requested messages that speak to our customers as a friend and a neighbor. To appeal to Whittier, California's demographic market of men and women of all backgrounds, the messages were written in a casual and conversational style. The copywriting team addressed topics of interest for Royal Fox Insurance’s callers, like office hours and location, or special insurance rates and policies. Since a large portion of their customers are Hispanic, Royal Fox Insurance chose to go bilingual with the copy, so we wrote their messages in English and also translated them into Spanish.

Voice Talent

For the messages voiced in English, we chose a professional male talent who infuses plenty of friendliness, warmth and high energy in his delivery. For the messages voiced in Spanish, we chose a Hispanic female talent who relays the messages in a friendly, down-to-earth, girl-next-door tone and style — right in step with the client’s brand image.

Production

Thanks to our immense audio library, we’ve got the ideal musical background for our clients’ messages. The music Royal Fox Insurance chose for the most current production is the ever-popular, upbeat song “La Bamba”. This highly-spirited Hispanic number celebrates the Latin roots of Royal Fox founder Marlon Benavidez and many members of his staff and their customers. Combining messages and music, our production engineers customize a final production that captures the lively, festive mood that’s prevalent at Royal Fox Insurance.
