Part of the leading global family of BP, Fiddle-Stix and its ten chain stations and convenience stores throughout North Carolina strive to go ìbeyond petroleumî in its marketing efforts. Fiddle-Stix aims to do more than sell more fuel outside and boost sales inside their stores. Keeping BP's core values intact, they aspire to raise awareness of human issues, such as promoting public health, a sound environment and strong community.

Copywriting

Muzak's Voice C-Store messaging not only helps to bring pumpside customers inside the store, it helps to strengthen BPís overriding mission — to produce and consume energy in ways that respect both human rights and the natural environment. To this end, Fiddle-Stix went ìbeyond petroleumî in their copy selection and creation. They chose some of the messages from our tried and true C-Store Catalog, which features an extensive variety of messages about all brand products and services. They also opted to create messages that enlighten their customers on human issues like breast cancer awareness, or to relay patriotic messages of gratitude to our troops overseas.

Voice Talent

All the pumpside messages promoting the numerous products and services available at Fiddle-Stix were voiced by upbeat, friendly male and female talents from our vast talent pool. For the more inspirational messages, we directed our voice talents to convey a little more emotion...and less pep in their delivery. Together, the voiced messages worked to convey the strength of the global BP brand.

Production

Our production engineers compile up to 12 to 14 pumpside messages, and then upload them into our satellite system. By seamlessly combining Voice messages with their music programming which plays overhead, we're able to deliver a friendly and unique pumpside experience for Fiddle-Stix customers. A true, audio experience that captures the soul of a friendly, neighborhood one-stop shopÖand embodies the spirit of an innovative, progressive world leader.
