Copywriting

With a strict adherence to straightforward style, Muzak works to create a friendly and approachable on hold messaging script that conveys the client's featured products and events clearly and professionally. Marketing message copy points are supplied monthly by the client via the Voice Consultant, who serves as the conduit for necessary script changes.

Voice Talent

A wide cross-section of customers means that University Book Store must use audio voice talents with mass appeal. Jenny D'Armand delivers the warm, bright, conversational tone of a Mature Upbeat Friendly Female, while Joe McLaney resonates as her male counterpart.

Production

When producing the University Book Store script, special attention is paid to making the products and events the feature. So no over-the-top sound effects or music beds are used. In fact, the client prefers to select her own music beds from our Voice website to ensure that the selections complement the intent of her on hold messaging.
